What are your  exports destinations?

Our coffee can be sent to many ports around the world, just let us know what is your particular interest.

 

 

How long can take your products shipments?

The transport times depend on the destination port and the shipping company, the time of harvest and process depend on the contracted amounts, however we can talk about a range of about four weeks to specialty coffees.

 

How I can probe the quality of your offer?

Once initiated contact we can talk about  samples.

 

Is your coffee Arabica or Robusta variety?

all our products are Arabica variety.

 

 

What are the types of contracts handled by synergy coffee?

• Futures contracts in which we establish a sale of a certain amount of coffee, at a special time of year according to customer requirements.
• Fixed price contracts depending on the product involved, the quantities to be sold or the periodicity of orders.
• Specific to international market sales prices.

 

 

 

 

What are the types of packaging used for your shipments?

We use sisal sacks 70kg, or recently we have introduced the offer of 12.5 kg vacuum packaging for specialty coffees.

 

 

is  international transport included in your contracts?

all our quotes are emitted under the term FOB (free on board), however if the client requesting an exception, we are flexible and are able to expand our logistics capabilities.
